Orders placed before 23:00 are normally shipped the same business day. You receive tracking as soon as the parcel leaves us.

We ship throughout the European Union. If your destination is not available at checkout, contact us before ordering.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive an email with your tracking link. It may take a few hours before the first scan appears.
What if my parcel is delayed?
Check the latest update through your tracking link first. If nothing changes or the expected date has passed, email us with your order number and we will look into it.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we may no longer be able to change the address.
