The outer shell of each product is chosen for a balance of durability, comfort and a clean aesthetic. We look for materials that:

Interior Linings

The inside of a bag should feel as considered as the outside. Our linings are selected to be smooth to the touch, lightweight and resistant to pilling and tearing.

Interior colours are chosen to make it easy to see your belongings at a glance, avoiding overly dark linings that hide smaller items.

Hardware is kept minimal and functional: clean metal trims, discreet branding and closures that feel solid without being heavy.

Zippers & Closures

A bag stands or falls with its openings. We prioritise zippers and closures that:

Each zipper is tested during sampling to ensure a consistent and reliable experience.

Straps and handles are engineered for long hours of wear. We look at pressure points, adjustability and how the bag moves with you when walking, cycling or travelling.

Weight distribution, padding and strap geometry are adjusted through wear tests until the balance feels right.
