Warranty Coverage

Active Amsterdam focuses on crafting high-quality (vegan) leather products that are distinguished in their outstanding appearance, feel, and durability. Our lifetime warranty covers repairs or replacements for functional damages that prevent you from using the product, as well as defects in material, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use.

Functional damages such as:

  • Zipper is stuck/Zipper is not properly installed
  • Undone stitching in a month
  • Faulty products
  • Unlatching of handles/metalwork
  • Button problem/issue

The warranty applies to products purchased directly from active-amsterdam.com or from authorised retailers.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from daily use
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse or improper care
  • Damage from accidents, water, heat or chemicals
  • Colour fading or patina that naturally occurs over time
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Please note that we do not cover related costs such as shipping or import cost.

How to Request Warranty Support

If you believe your item is eligible for warranty service, please contact us with:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Clear photos of the product and the defect
  • A short description of how the issue occurred

Repairs Outside Warranty

Even after the warranty period has expired, we want you to enjoy your product as long as possible. For repairs outside the warranty, you can contact us and we will gladly explore the options together.

What product is covered under the lifetime warranty

Our lifetime warranty ONLY covers our Bags.

What product is not covered under the lifetime warranty

Our Wallet and Cardholder are not covered under the lifetime warranty since they are consumable products.
