Shipping & Delivery
Every Active Amsterdam order is carefully processed in our warehouse in the Netherlands and shipped through trusted logistics partners. Below you will find detailed information about processing times, delivery estimates and shipping conditions.
Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods, sales or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.Delivery Estimates
Delivery times depend on your shipping destination and the service selected at checkout. As a general guideline:
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days after dispatch
- European Union: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Other destinations: varies per country and local carrier
Please note that these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. External factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions and customs inspections may influence actual delivery times.
Shipping Methods & Tracking
All orders are shipped with track & trace whenever available. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail including a tracking link.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your parcel has been scanned by the carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. Any available free-shipping thresholds or promotions will be clearly displayed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Active Amsterdam is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it once additional shipping costs have been settled.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your parcel appears lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@active-amsterdam.com.
- For a lost shipment, we will open an investigation with the carrier.
- For damaged shipments, please include clear photos of the packaging and the product.
