Orders & Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods including iDEAL, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal and other locally available options at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start preparing your order shortly after it has been placed to ensure fast shipping. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at info@active-amsterdam.com. Once your order has been processed or shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please also check your spam folder if you cannot find it.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands to most countries within the European Union and selected international destinations. Available countries and shipping options are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. As a guideline:

  • Netherlands: typically 1–2 business days after dispatch
  • European Union: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Other destinations: may take longer depending on local carriers and customs

During peak periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking link. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition and includes all packaging and accessories. For full details, please see our Returns & Exchanges page.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@active-amsterdam.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.

What materials do you use?

Each product page includes detailed information about the materials we use. Our designs are created for everyday use, with a focus on durability, comfort and a refined aesthetic.

Do you offer warranty?

Yes. We offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects on all Active Amsterdam products. For more information, please see our Warranty & Repair page.
