We make every effort to display our products, colours and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or production tolerances.
Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, and to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on the Site are in Euro (EUR) unless stated otherwise and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes will be displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already accepted.
Payment must be made using the methods offered at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
5. Orders & Contract Formation
By placing an order on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase products in accordance with these Terms. We may choose not to accept your order in our sole discretion, for example if:
- The product is out of stock
- We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
- There is an error in pricing or product information
A contract between you and Active Amsterdam is formed only when we send you the order confirmation e-mail.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery terms are described in more detail on our Shipping & Delivery page, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.
7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within a certain period.
Our practical returns process and conditions are set out on our Returns & Exchanges page, which is incorporated into these Terms.
8. Warranty
We offer a warranty on manufacturing defects as described in detail on our Warranty & Repair page. This warranty does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Active Amsterdam shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill
- Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or products
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by or licensed to Active Amsterdam and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the Site or any purchase shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order. We recommend reviewing this page regularly for any changes.
